The Towers at the Majestic, San
Antonio's premier downtown high-rise apartment community located just off
the famed San
Antonio Riverwalk, features spacious interiors with expansive windows
that command spectacular views of
the City. Numerous special features make living in the Brady
and Majestic Towers a highly desirable choice. The ninety-seven apartments
in The Towers reflect an attitude of luxury and convenience in downtown
San Antonio.
The historic Brady and Majestic Towers were built as office buildings in 1914 and 1929 respectively, and completely renovated as apartments with all new systems in 1993. Studio, one and two bedroom apartments are located in each Tower, and the Majestic is topped by a 3,500 square foot Penthouse with its own private 2,500 square foot outdoor terrace. For a view of each building, please visit our Majestic Tower and Brady Tower photo pages. The unique environment that is "downtown San Antonio" is the playground for the Towers' residents. Over 150 eating and drinking establishments, the famous San Antonio Riverwalk, the Alamo, Rivercenter Mall and the Alamodome are all within easy walking distance. Without ever leaving the Majestic Tower, residents can enjoy the historic 2,500-seat Majestic Theatre, home of numerous touring Broadway plays, concerts and musicals, and other national productions. Starbucks, Subway Sandwiches, Arcadia Grove Cleaners, and several retail stores are adjacent to the Majestic and Brady Towers at the Houston Street level. Riverwalk Market and Deli, located a block and a half West on Houston Street, features a grocery line that includes fresh fruits, meats and vegetables, canned goods, and staple items. The Deli features sandwiches, salads, soups, meats, cheeses, party trays, gift baskets and wines. The Delivery Market at 310 East Houston - one block from the Towers, offers staples, fancy canned goods, exotic fresh produce, sandwiches, and reasonably priced imported beer and fine wine. Just across the street from The Towers is the Gunter Market on Houston deli and wine shop. The new and improved 15,000 square foot Walgreen's, located one-half block away on the corner of Houston and Navarro streets, not only supplies residents with prescriptions, it also has an urban market grocery section which includes refrigerated and frozen items. Infant and child care is available at three neighborhood daycare centers. Five major and specialized hospitals are found in the downtown area, including the 24-hour Health Care Center at the Nix Medical Center and Hospital, located one-half block from The Towers. Two other downtown pharmacies (CVS and Walgreen's) are located just a short walk from your front door.
